She says, "When I was in fourth grade, I was lucky enough to be part of a Unitarian Universalist congregation, and there were people there who were devoted to helping me figure out who I was and how they could help me on my way. Just like here and now. I mean, that’s really what we’re all about here in this Unitarian Universalist community. We’re trying to help each other along our way."
